#66. Meditation Monday: My Inner Child


This medication will guide you on a gentle journey to connect with your inner child. Your inner child personifies your emotional wounds. The concept of the inner child gives your nervous system a face, giving you a concrete glimpse of the healing you still need to do. For most people, being around children naturally elicit feelings of tenderness, compassion, acceptance, and love. Seeing your past emotional wounds represented as your inner child makes it much easier to give yourself all the tenderness, compassion, & love you need.
